They take the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and make sure you understand the work being done. Their charges are very reasonable, and the excellent warranty on both parts and labor is a big plus. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend! 👍

I would recommend Precision Diagnostics for any of your car repair needs. Both Jose and Willie were great for getting the steering issues repaired on my Ford Escape. They quoted me a price after closing hours on Friday and had the repair done by Tuesday. The cost was fair and well below 2 other quotes that I had. Will definitely refer them to people I know and have them work on any future repairs needed

I have made several visits to PD, all different services done. Every one timely completed, thorough and at reasonable pricing. They are proactive with text reminders of oil changes and informing of coupons for discounted services. The customer service is excellent, and they are easily accessible. I've never had better services ANYWHERE for repair and price. I highly recommend them.
